EXTERIOR YACHT DETAILING
Initial Wash and Decontamination: A thorough wash with marine-safe, often biodegradable, soaps to remove all surface grime, salt, and algae buildup from the hull, deck, and superstructure. High-pressure washers and soft-bristle brushes are typically used.
Oxidation Removal and Gel Coat/Paint Restoration (sub contracted): Over time, gel coat and paint can oxidize and dull. Detailers use machine compounding and polishing to remove this layer, eliminating minor scratches and restoring a "showroom shine".
Waxing and Protective Coatings: After polishing, a high-quality marine wax or synthetic sealant (or a durable ceramic coating) is applied. This protective layer shields the surface from future UV damage, salt, and pollutants, and makes future cleaning easier.
BENEFITS:
Preserves Value: Regular, professional detailing is one of the most effective ways to maintain the aesthetic appeal and resale value of a luxury yacht.
Protects Surfaces: It provides a crucial barrier against the relentless marine environment, preventing long-term damage from salt and sun exposure.
Ensures Safety: Routine inspections during detailing can catch early signs of damage (like gel coat cracks or metal corrosion) before they become major safety issues or costly repairs.

INTERIOR YACHT DETAILING
Vacuum and Upholstery: From basic cleaning to deep cleaning.
Post Party or Charter: Deep cleaning and sanitizing. Bedding and towel washing, dry cleaning.
Leather Conditioning: Leather seating is gently cleaned with pH-balanced soaps and then massaged with a high-quality conditioner to keep it supple and prevent drying and cracking.
Wood Polishing and Oiling: Interior wood surfaces, paneling, and trim are treated with specialized marine-grade oils or polishes to restore their natural luster and protect them from moisture and salt air.
Metal Fixture Polishing: All metal fittings, including stainless steel, brass, and chrome, are polished to a high shine using appropriate metal polishes to prevent corrosion and water spots.
Glass and Mirror Cleaning: Windows and mirrors are cleaned with streak-free, non-ammonia solutions, often using chamois or lint-free cloths for a crystal-clear finish.
Galley and Head (Bathroom) Sanitization: Kitchen and bathroom areas are meticulously cleaned and sanitized, including appliance interiors, shower pipework, and toilet systems, to prevent odors and bacterial growth.
Final Touches and Quality Control: The process concludes with functionality checks of all lights and appliances, restocking of amenities, and a final inspection from the owner's or a guest's perspective to ensure a flawless "showroom" finish.
